Day to day cleaning upkeeping and civil maintenance works of GM office L and R office and Regional store of Bharatpur Area for a period of two years

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note-Scope of Work:- Agency has to deploy 02 nos of unskilled manpower per day.)

Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note-Scope of Work:- Agency has to deploy 05 nos of unskilled manpower per day.)

Cleaning of toilets (attached to office / service or werlfare buildings), its floor and dados including applying of phenyle, napthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of Phenyle, naphthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc. to be paid separetely).

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge- For lead 1 km.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Carrying out miscellaneous works at GM Office , Bharatpur Area of different departments like shifting of files,almiras,furnitures,Electrical & electronics appliances on need basis as & when required as per instructionof EIC. Scope of the work: (1) Agency has to provide labour to carry out works as per instruction of user department. (2) Nos of labour to provide as per need basis. (3) The work may be executed on different dates as per requirement

Disposal of dead animals like street dog,pigs,cat etc. as an when required including digging of pits and buring the same as per instrution of engineer in charge

Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open Surface drain above 250 mm width.
