M&L for repair to pot holes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal , watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm including disposal of unseviceable materials complete as specified and as directed

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and get ting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete to required levels, gradient , slopes, camber and super elevation including filling depression with and including approved earth which may occur during rolling complete all as specified.

M&L 150 mm thick spread thickness soling ( or sub base ) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified.

M&L 10 cm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Maccadam (WBM) with brocken stone coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size), spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using sand stone aggregate all as specified.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen at 10Kg/10 Sqm and then providing 30mm thick ( min consoliated thickness bituminous premixed carpet ( Hot mixed in hot mix plant) using 0.405 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 21.90Kg ( min) of binder using VG-30 grade bitumen per 10 sqm laid hot with mechnical pavers, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 ton power roller; providing premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

S& F road stud made out of ABS (cat eye) of size 180mm x 100 mm x 20mm dynamically designed to bear maximum load, with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are fitted on to the stud for better night time reflection complete all as specified and directed.

S& F plastic speed bumps (speed breaker) made of ABS materials, inside width 250mm and height 75mm, having two highly reflectors moulded in PMMA materials are welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed bumps, so that dust and water can not touch reflectors complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Continuous brick edging; with width equal to width of bricks ; of whole bricks, laid dry on end vertically with old size sub class 'B' bricks including embedding bricks in ground etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm spread thickness moorum/red bajri, spread rolled & consolidatged to gradient and camber required including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5 mm thick including reflecterising materials glass beads including cost of all materials labour machineries and T&P etc required for proper completion of work including all other charges. The finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specification No 803 as per IRC painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow all as specified and directed.
