REDEVELOPMENT OF IDBI BANK OWNED H TYPE QUARTERS AT BESANT NAGAR CHENNAI SH PREPARATION OF DIGITAL TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY PLAN TO EXISTING BUILDING FLOOR WISE PLAN FOR DEMOLITION APPROVAL AND SOIL INVESTIGATION REPORT.

a) The Digital Survey of entire site including Roads shall be done at maximum of 3 metre x 3 metre intervals. b) The Contour Survey at 0.10 m intervals. c) The sufficient numbers of TBMs must be fixed/Established on the Permanent Structures. d) Details of Topographical elements such as dimensions, offsets, and alignments of all existing structures, buildings, Roads, Water Bodies, Canal, Open Wells, Borewells, Trees, Electric Poles, Septic Tanks, UG Sumps, OHTs, Manholes, Drainages, Strom Water Drainages, Electric Lines, Sheds, Parking Areas, Boundary Wall and any other features existing at site etc., (Invert level of Drainages, Sewer Lines must be denoted) and similar features along the periphery of the boundary also. (Measurement for payment shall be the plot area only) (Approximate ares of plot : 2120 Sqm )

Preparation existing building floor plan ( Floor wise ) including plinth area determination, floor height , specification of finishing for floor , wall, joineries and the fitting fixtures etc all complete, 4 blocks of ( G+2) stories of each plinth area 600 sqm RCC framed & Laod bearing structures.(Measurement for payment shall be the plot area only)

Conducting all necessary tests as per A and B above upto 10m depth from the ground level or 3m into the very dense /very hard soil strata with consequetive three Successive N value more than 50 whichever is met earlier. (if the observed N values equal / more than 50, the same shall be ascertained in further depths of minimum 3m at 1m intervals and if the observed N values are less than 50 the test shall be continued further depth up to the very dense / very hard strata.)

For 10m to 20m Depth (If the absorved N values are more than 50, the same shall be ascertained in further depths of minimum 3m at 1m intervals and if the observed N values are less than 50 the test shall be continued further depth up to the very dense / very hard strata)

For 20m to 30m Depth (If the absorved N values are more than 50, the same shall be ascertained in further depths of minimum 3m at 1m intervals and if the observed N values are less than 50 the test shall be continued further depth up to the very dense / very hard strata)

Extra for Drilling in soft rock / refusal strata of SPT >100, drilling using Tungsten carbide Bit. The Payment shall be made as per actual usage basis.

Extra for Drilling in hard rock (IS 1306 : 1991) drilling using diamond pit. The Payment shall be made as per actual usage basis,)

Analysis of field and laboratory test results as per the relevant IS Code and Preparation of Geotechnical Report with appropiate foundation Recommendations along with detailed calculation sheets for soil bearing capacity for shallow / deep foundations with NABL certification (National Accreditation ISO 17025-2005 certified report) and with seal & Signature of Authorized Sr. Geotechnical Consultant. The Report must be submitted in Quintuplicate (5 Sets) (The Quoted rate is applicable for Maximum of 20 Bore Holes)
