Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm thick over the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning thickness (8 cm+15 cm=23 cm) are punned thickness and only Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole, pit and foundation etc compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of out door type cubical feeder pillar Box TPN of size 600x600x300mm Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet inner shell made out of 2.00mm thicK MS sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 30 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back open able double door system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz. The bus bar shall be provide with sufficient holes for distribution of LT supply to 6 houses, and making necessary distributions with the help of thimbles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as cable lugs, steel nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, spreaders, provision of extra holes in bus bar, provision of cable gland etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The Panel shall be surrounded with 23cm brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items. (ii) Rate for taking down of old unsv earthing upto ground level may also be includ in quoting rate.

S & F GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to pole for cable protection all as directed. (MS clamp nut, bolt and washer for fixing pipe with pole shall be deemed in quoted rate) including taking down old U/s existing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 1.1 KV heat shrinkable jointing kits, out door end termination suitable for for underground XLPE cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3 ½ core including taking out old/unserviceable joints and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer, static silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven Generating set capable of delivering 80 KW (100 KVA), at prime mover rating at 0.85 load factor as per clause 13.3.2 of ISO-8528 (Part-I), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. as per IS : 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS 13364 The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled with matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return internal oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevailing at Bihta (Bihar) (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all de-rating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around the DG Set for ease of movement 0.5 M height, anti- vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE (Prime mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514, liquid cooled (EG, complete 50, 50) naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP (Not less than 23 BHP) to drive alternator capable of delivering 100 KVA (80 KW) at outdoor atmoshpheric conditions at Bihta, Bihar (Taking all de-rating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with dynamically balanced fly wheel all standard fitting, fixtures as per manufacturers instruction and including suitable panel for self starter system with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meter, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (Shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first filling of lub oil and other consumable items etc

(ii) Alternator: Brushless AC Alternator, 3 phase 415 Volt, 4 Wire rated for output of 100 KVA/80 KW, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP23 protection class enclosure, insulation class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(iii) BASE PLATE : Made out of structural steel as per recommendations of the design/specifications of manufacturer.

(v) Accoustic Enclosure : Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms. The enclosures shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (a) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition, and ox, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labelling certificaton, etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002.

(vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5M space should be available all around the DG set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5M.

(vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity shall be provided not less than 12 hours continue operation of Gen set.

(viii) Misc. Maint tool kit, complete catalogue for maintenance and operation, overhauling manuals, minimum one year maintenance spares for operation guarnatee card etc shall be provided as per standard practice of manufacturer.

Note:- (i) The DG set shall only be taken over after satisfactory testing result of operations carried by the contractor in presence of officer nominated by the accepting officer as per relevant IS specification /instructiions. (ii) All the expenses incurred on the above test including provision of testing apparatus required to carry out the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of the test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at expense, replace the defective equipment/material/accessories at his own risk or any there of as directed by the Engineer-in charge. Decision of accepting officer shall be final conclusive and binding in this respect. The contractor shall also construct necessary foundation as per per design provided by the manufacturer where directed for which necessary cost may deemed to be included in quoted rate.(iii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of Demolition of old foundations, base, dismentling of all old cables, pipe, and constriction of new cable trenches if required and cleaning/layouting of cables in existing cable trench etc.
