Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, esspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for structural steel framed work (fabrication and fixed in position) using rolled mild steel sections like tubes (square or circular), hollow sections(HSS),Channels ( ISMC), angle (ISA) ,flat iron (FI) mild etc as in curved parking shed of approved design and pattern including necessary cutting, crimping, bending to the required radius, drilling, welding or screwing with and including bolts, nuts, washers, as directed and painting on steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamet paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Structural steel sections used shall be conforming to IS:2062 Grade Fe-410. The size of sections and shape their-off shall be as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing crimped, pre-painted, 0.50mm thick galvalume aluminium-zinc alloy coated steel corrugated roofing sheets (GI base) of approved colour & profile, having a minimum tensile strength of 550 MPa, conforming to IS/ASTM standards, fixed with self-drilling/self-tapping galvanized screws complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Sheets shall be crimped to suit curved roofing profiles as per design. (ii) cost of EPDM washers, hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, sealant, if required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade of approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., made by table vibratory method using PU mould, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand complete all as specified and directed. Note : Paver blocks shall setteled proprly in it's position by vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand including finishing and sweeping extra sand. The cost of the shame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates.

M&L for providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gavanised iron (GI) PVC coated chain link fencing of approved width, mash size, and wire dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item here under as 'fixing only'. (ii) The mass size and wire dia may very as per site requirement from 50x50mm to 100mmx100mm and 3mm to 4mm dia respectivly. (iii) PVC coating over GI wire should not be less than 0.5mmthick i.e the net dia of coated wire shall not be less than GI wire dia Plus 1mm. colour/shade of PVC coating shall be as aproved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only mild steel round bar as in line wire for chainlink fancing, mild steel bars 10mm dia and over conforming to Fe-410W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing of this item shall deemed included in quoted unit rates of item No 14 here-in-under.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made), n exc 5cm long and neck dia 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing of this item shall deemed included in quoted unit rates of item No 14 here-in-under.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at 'Supplied only' rates under respective item here -in-above.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position Dholpur sandstone bench as per approved drawing, comprising machine-cut, hand-dressed seat slab of size 1800×500×80 mm and backrest slab of size 1800×300×80 mm with moulded edges and polished exposed surfaces, supported on two end legs of 100 mm thick Dholpur sandstone in arch/solid profile grooved to receive the slabs, all components joined and fixed using 1:4 cement mortar (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) matching the stone shade, joints properly filled and finished, and each leg fixed over a plain cement concrete (PCC) M-15 grade block of size 450×450×100 mm using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, complete in all respects as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
