M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in follors finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on Brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 including finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm if the length indicated) of Fe-410W (Gde E-25) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250)quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (IS : 694), 1100 volt FR grade single core cable for phase and neutral drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC casing caping (IS : 9537 Part-III) medium grade minimum 20 mm size and its accessories surface wiring including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet and 3mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for fixing switches, switch socket combinations sheet top cover including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (IS : 694), 1100 volt FR grade single core copper cable for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed.

Supply, Laying,testing, and commissioning size 2 core x 6 sqmm cross-sectional area XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, in tranches / fixing on wall by saddel / fixing on poll / drawn through GI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Road/PCC/Drain cutting for laying LT UG cable and making good to the disturbed surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI by using 20mm graded aggregate to match with adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe medium grade ISI marked laid in trenches, fixed to poles, laid through wall across road etc for protection of cable of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 60x60cmx 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
