Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 3 mtr depth (beyond the first 1.5 Meter ) for foundation of poles etc not exc 10 Sqm in plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soil complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class Bbricks straight or curved in plan not exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thck walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for vetrified ceramic tiles in lightshed 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36sqm but n. exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vetrified ceramic tiles in light shed 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but n. exc 0.42 sqm as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n. exc 2 sqm each and refixing in the same opening all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm PCC 1:4:8 type, D-2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying cable 1100 v grade heavy duty cablewith PVC insulated aluminium conductor seved with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall PVC sheathed 6sqmm nominal cross section 2 core complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)
