CONSTRUCTION OF PROTECTIVE WALL AT MITHIGUDI DEVANE IN BANDA TEREKHOL CREEK TAL VENGURLA DIST SINDHUDURG

Item No.1 :- Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including removing the excavated material up to distance of 50 m, beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming,watering including shoring and strutting etc complete. (Lift up to 1.5m to 3.0 m)BY Machnical means

Item No.2 : -Providing dry/trap/granite/quartzite/ gneisis rubble stone soiling 15 cm to 20 cm thick incliuding hand packing and compacting etc complete.

Item No.3 :-Providing structural steel work in single stanchions composed of R.S.J. Channel etc. with caps, bases, mild steel plated, angle brackets, cleats, gusset plates, anchor bolts etc. as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabrication, hoisting, erecting fixing in position, making riveted/ bolted/ welded connection and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two. coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Item No.4 :-Providing and laying in situ M-20 cement concrete of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal with 15% plum of trap stones for foundation and bedding of retaining walls and jetty etc. including necessary formwork, compacting, curing, bailing out water manually in tidal range etc. complete.

Item No 5 :- Providing and laying in situ M-25 cement concrete of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal with 15% plum of trap stones for retaining walls and jetty etc. including necessary formwork, compacting, curing, bailing out water manually in tidal range etc. complete.

Item No 6:- Supplying and laying trap stone weighing 20 to 50 kilogram for Core layer including conveying with all the leads,lifts,laying in required lines,level,slope as per drawing including necessary equipment sand machinery as directed by etc.complete in tidal conditions.

Item No.7 : -Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall as per drawing and technical specifacitions etc complete.

Item No. 8 :- Providing and laying weep holes of 100 mm diametre PVC pipes as per drawing for abutments, returns, ,return wall etc. complete.

Item No.9 :- Providing & fixing Road Juction/information sign board of size 120 cm x 75 cm prepared on 14 gauge M.S. Sheet with angle iron frame of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm with cross bracing of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm including painting with one coat of zinc cromate stoving primer and 2 coats each of Green/White back Ground and back side gray stove enamelled bounded with Red/White Retro /Letter/Numerals / Arrows coated with non peelable crystal clear proptective coat reating 100 percent reflection including two angle iron post of size 50 mm x 50mmx 5mm of 3.65 mm. mtr. Long inflated at bottom drilled on topwith two. Nos . Angle Iron cross bracing for vertical Angel post of size 50×50×5 mm of 2.35 mtr. Long painted in white and black bands of 25 cm. of size 10mm long sheet and angle iron post in one piece without joint fixing in ground with C.C. 1:4:8 block of size of size of size 60cm ×60cm×75cm as directed by engineer- in- charge etc. complete..
