M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cum, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment in following stages:- 1. Taking down old cement plaster & treatment of any nature and rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 with waterproofing liquid as per manufacturer's instruction over concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. 2. First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.3 lit/Sqm over plastered surface.(Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd). 3. Third layer of APP polymeric water proofing membrane, mineral finish minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with a centre core of 90 micron high density polyethylene film protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix, the polymeric asphaltic mix will be protected on both sides with thermo fusable HMHDPE film as approved by AGE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish.torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge

M&L for steel rolling shutters including top cover,Drum, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, fully mechanised handle operated including all accessories and running channel including taking down old unserviceable steel rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. (Net size of the rolling shutter including drum will be measured)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F aluminium powder coated sliding window made of the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. :- (Net external size of window shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.) (a) Aluminium frame powder coated all around of hollow section 100 mm x 44 mm x 1.60 mm thick. (b) Provn of 03 trade runners of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.10 mm. (c) Provn of glazed sliding shutters (02 Nos) of section 44 mm x 18 mm x 1.25 mm provided with 4 mm thick tinted glass with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement. (d) Provn of 01 No gauzed shutter of Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement. Section of shutter as per para 25 (c) above. (e) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame.

S & F for Aluminium door chowkat hollow section frame aluminium powder coated of section 101.60 x 44.45 mm x 2 mm thick with necessary holdfasts/fastners and connected accessories fixed to wall openings with suitable fasteners/accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F for aluminium alloy powder coated starndard hollow section for door including following specifications incl 12 mm prelaminated particle board/12 mm thick PVC hollow sheet, or 5 mm thick tinted glass, snap type beads, glazing clips, joint cleats, rubber gasket etc and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge:- (a) Bottom, middle and top rail made of section 100 x 44.45 mm of 2 mm thckness. (b) Stiles made of section 85 x 44,45 mm of 2mm thickness.

S&F 12 mm thick toughned glass door shutters fixed to wall/floor with suitable stainless steel pivot, handle, locking arrangement and all other accessories and the edges of the glass should be properly moulded/grinded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of min 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of MS heavy duty and fixed and hydraulic patch for glass doors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Dismantling of AC sheets(corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F machine pressed Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with steel J-bolt and nut including washer and drilling to fix the J bolt, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F machine pressed Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with steel J-bolt and nut including washer and drilling to fix the J bolt, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform,WHB platform in any position including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white or coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl dismantling/demolition of existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Dismantling / taking out and removing existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose /unsound weaken cement concrete cover of any description and in any position from existing external surfaces of RCC roof slab/ beams /columns/ chajja and the like as directed roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, incl derusting of steel reinforcement , providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 40 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part OPC 53 Gde and 02 parts of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.50 kg per sqcm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and smooth incl necessary scaffolding/shuttering/form work & welding of steel reinforcement in columns, beams etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

NOTES :- (a) Work is to be carried out in small stretches in different places (not at single place). (b) The cost of all scaffolding/formwork/safety measures or any thing else reqd to carry out the work will be included in this unit rate (except MS TMT Bars). (c) After fixing/welding the additional steel reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture @ 2%by weight of cement or all as per manufacturer's instructions. (d) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer only.

S & F aluminium powder coated ventilators made of the following specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.:- (Net external size of ventilator shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.) (a) Aluminium frame powder coated styles, bottom, top and middle rail of hollow section 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.80 mm thick. (b) Lower portion of ventilator shall be fixed with 3 mm thick pin headed glass fixed with suitable aluminium beading clips and EPDM beading (rubber). (c) Upper portion shall be fixed with aluminium powder coated louver guides fixed with 3 mm thick pinheaded glass with suitable EPDM beading incl suitable handle and clips. (d) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the ventilator frame. (e) Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with suitable frame in upper panel.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling existing water tank and removing to store etc and including tank connection nipples and float valve 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling existing water tank and removing to store etc including tank connection nipples and float valve 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Dismantling of aluminium partitions of extruded hollow section,particle board and glass of any thickness and refixing at other places by providing suitable accessories (like EPDM,Rubber beading, Screwing, fastners etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, angle iron chowkhats; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for complete removal of exisiting treatment to steel and iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including easening of steel window by providing lubricant oil to hinges/pivot complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint (newly plastered surfaces)over a coat of alkali resistant primer over wall care putty 2 mm thick or more as required to level the wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, efflorescent salts, oil, greesy spot or peeled off surfaces and applying a layer of Birla white putty 2mm thick even and smooth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint (approved quality & tint) over a coat of alkali resistant primer using painting rollar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Ditto all as per item No.44 herein before but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M& L for applying two coats of cement base paint (approved colour and tint) over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, efflorescent salts, oil, greesy spot or peeled off surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint (approved colour and tint) over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F Joist, Channels, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths) conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E250) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. (The joists/channels are being provided as supporting beam for the depleted roof slabs of old vintage)

S&F in repair wooden designed frame looking mirror of size exc 1.00 Sqm and n exc 3 Sqm, bevelled edge 5.5mm thick high quality glass,dual hanging option & fixed to wooden plug with CP brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F in repair medium grade galvanised steel tubes with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, bore of tubes 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length including all Tees and bends with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including taking down old unserviceable collapsible steel gate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F 4 mm thick Aludecor ACP sheeting having coil thickness 0.50 mm coloured as per approved colour using steel cleat, frame, sealing and backup material complete all as per manufacturers instruction and all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F SS letters (English/Hindi) consisting of 200 mm high, 50 mm wide and 25 mm deep (hollow) and 1 mm thickness fixed on wall/ACP or surface of any description all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. Note:- The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deemed to be included in coated rates & nothing extra on this account admissible.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches,sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, and regulators, etc. for taking scedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Taking down carefully old Distribution Board any type / any size including SP/TP switches fuse unit and all connected accessories. Dismantling carefully electric meter and keep in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. Note:- (a) The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deem to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra on this account admissible.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Taking down split AC of capacity 1.5 TR to 2 TR inner unit and outer unit storing refrigerant in compressor of split AC disconnecting electrical cable and copper refrigerant pipe and depositing in store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring (concealed) complete with FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, 20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/floors/ceilings etc by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface by using putty and white/colour wash, with and including suitable modular metal boxes, and 1.5 sq mm FR copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. Note:- [i] Proper colour code will be used for wiring as per the electrical rule and as directed by Engineer In Charge. [ii] Modular metal box and Modular white cover plate shall be measured and paid separately.
