Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of External Plumbing,Water Supply & Sanitary works, including ,Deep Tubewell with water treatment plant with RO,External sewage complete in all respect, approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station and Electrical External Service Connections with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications,Solar Power Generation,Street Light with LED,all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of School Furniture for Office,Library,Classroom,Smart Classroom,Principal,Vice Principal, Library Staff Room,Laboratories etc. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
