REPAIR MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT, COOLING APPLIANCES, WATER COOLERS, REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZERS AND CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA

M & L for descalling the condenser unit, shell and tube type of 8.5 TR capacity AC plant by means of circulating the descalling chemical through condenser by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines, opening the end covers, scraping/cleaning the condenser water tubings, removing the scales and refixing the dismantled part, end cover with 3 mm thick rubber gasket set connecting with the system etc all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr item No. 1 but Condenser unit of capacity 5.5 TR

M & L for disconnecting/dismantling (electrically & mechanically) the 03 HP capacity monoblock pump and tranporting to workshop, opening the pump motor, cleaning the pump, greasing to bearing/bushes, replace the gland rope, gland nut bolt, opening motor, varnishing to stator winding with class I varnish, heating baking the same, greasing to motor bearing, cleaning the rotor and re assembling the same, brought back at site, fixing it at its original location with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of LP/OP pressure guage, dial size 100 mm dia of rating 30 to 150 PSI suitable for working on R-407/R-410 gas with flare nut.

M & L in replacement of high pressure guage dial size 100 mm dia of rating 0.300 kg/cm2 suitable for working on R-407/R-410 gas with flare nut.

M & L in replacement of oil pressure cut off switch , MP- 55, suitable for working on R-407/R-410 gas with flare nut.

M&L in replacement of three phase, 440V compressor suitable for cold storage and AC plant of any capacity.

M&L in replacement of AHU unit evaporator coil and evaporator filter suitable for AC plant of any capacity.

M & L in replacement of Cooling Coil of 5.5 TR capacity AC Plant.

S&F in repairs of new printed circuit board from AC Plant of any capacity and fixing only new ductable circuit board including necessary testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down cooling tower of AC plant, cleaning of frame, casing, fill material, water basin, replace the nozzles for water distribution, replace fans, float valves, pumps, replacement of all necessary rusted parts, pipes, beam and re assembling the same ,fixing it with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the items reqd for replacement deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L in replacement of three phase, 415V exhaust fan motor for cooling tower of AC Plant located at CFL.

M & L in replacement of blower fan and motor including S & F in repairs of new bearing and fittings of water pump motor suitable for AC plant of capacity 5.5TR, fixing at its original location with proper testing complete all as specified and directed. .

Removing defective window/Split type air conditioner of any make and capacity from various locations and transporting to contractor workshop to carry out necessary repair as mentioned in respective item including cleaning the air conditioner with water and air pressure and to replace un-serviceable spares parts and re-fixing at various locations after repairing including testing on load at site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (All spares compressor, fan motor, relay, capacitor, over load, shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Removing unserviceable burnt sealed compressor from Air conditioner and fixing only new rotary / new sealed unit compressor of any capacity including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas including testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Sealed unit compressor shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item) ii) If any item required to made equipment functional like cappliary,copper pipe etc is deemed to be included in coated rate.

Taking out Window/Split type Air conditioner of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete cooling coil & condenser coil with chemical base solution and water including servicing, oiling, greasing complete air conditioner checking of electrical connection and re-fixing the same or other location and testing complete up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (If any spare is required to replaced the same to be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit compressor from water coolers and fixing only sealed unit compressor of any capacity including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas including testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (Sealed unit compressor shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item) ii) If any item required to made equipment functional like cappliary,copper pipe etc is deemed to be included in coated rate.

Removing un-serviceable burnt FHP motor from water cooler and supply & fixing new FHP motor with suitable fan blade single phase 1/8 to 1/35 HP suitable for up to 150 Ltr capacity water coolers including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out water cooler of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete condenser coil & storage tank with chemical base solution and soda water including servicing, oiling of FHP motor checking of electrical & water supply connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
