Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound/security lights alongwith allied fixtures & feeder pillars etc. including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor & keeping the entire installation on functional mode including running maintenance & operation and general upkeep of various capacity drinking water supply pump sets in different location along with sluice / gate valves etc. to fill up over head water tank for timely delivery of water supply and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of pump house and maintaining log book for above installation & keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff and Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. a) Wireman cum E&M Operator -7 Nos (In General shift) b) Khallasi -6 Nos (In General shift)

Running maintenance & operation, general upkeep, preventive maintenance including minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book for 11 KV/440 Volts electrical substation comprising of transformer, HT/LT Panel, ACB, MCCB & allied accessories & keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff on round the clock duty in three shifts on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. a) E&M operator -3 Nos (on round the clock duty) b) Khallasi -3 Nos (on round the clock duty)

Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of various capacity, 3 Nos D.G. set comprising of A.M.F. Panel & allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff in three shifts on round the clock duty on all working days of the month including Sunday & Holidays and 1 no. Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. a) E&M operator -3 Nos (on round the clock duty) b) Khallasi -1 Nos (In General Shift Duty)

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of Wet rise & sprinkler system consisting of electrical & diesel driven pump sets, control panel, internal & external fire hydrants with associated accessories, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff in three shifts on round the clock duty on all working days of the month including Sunday & Holidays and 1 no. Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. a) E&M operator -3 Nos (on round the clock duty) b) Khallasi -1 Nos (In General Shift Duty)

Providing service of pump operator for running operation of water supply pump set at Tis Hazari Court Complex in Two shift on all working days excluding Sunday & Holiday including cleaning of all the pump set accessories and cubical panel in pump house as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge etc complete as required.a) Pump Operator cum Wireman- 2 Nos.

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of fire alarm system and P.A. system & allied accessories consisting of control panels, control relay, various type of detectors, response indicator, manual call point, hooter cum speakers, talk back system, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff in three shifts on round the clock duty on all working days of the month including Sunday & Holidays and 1 no. Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. a) E&M operator -3 Nos (on round the clock duty) a) Helper -1 Nos (In General Shift Duty)

Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of 11Nos various capacity passengers lifts installed at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per following for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of passenger lift & providing immediate assistance during emergency situation. The lift operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required. a) Lift Operator – 11 Nos (In general shift) b) Machine Room Attendant – 2 Nos. (In general shift) c) Khallasi – 2 Nos (In general shift)

Payment of overtime to the lift operators for operation of passenger lifts beyond duty hours and also on Sunday & holidays, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.
