Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated / stacked earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

(b) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

(a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

a)Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

a)In cement mortar

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

G.S. Sheet

Fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing (using available corrugated sheet ) excluding purlins etc - including the use of new J hook and nut bolts as needed as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Labour charges for dismantling of GS Roofing shed structure of outer size 13..25x10.30 meter i/c dismantling and dismembering of the GI posts fixed on the ground i/c truses at any height by cutting the nuts,bolts,plates ,rivets,welding as and where required i/c removal of all frames,angles,posts and numbering all members at site i/c GS sheets and stacking in countable manner and if required cutting the Trusses in to two pieces for making easy for transportation of materials for reuse at other places all complete one job.( The rate is inclusive of all labour,materials and machine and plants involved in this work)

Transportation charges for carrying away the recovered materials from T.E Compound Guwahati to Wireless station,Dishpur,Guwahti and stacked there in a countable manner in position i/c Labour charges for loading and unloading of stacked materials in trucks all complete all complete as per direction of EIC.

Structural steel work (using available steel structural materials) riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
