Supply and fixing 40W Jodhpuri Post top LED Light fixture Weatherproof (IP-65) made up of Aluminium Casting material with Polycarbonate diffuser for crystallize effect along with aluminium die cast holder & high efficiency phase heat sink with max junction temperature <90 degrees (ambient @ 55 degCelsius) with necessary attachments along with LED light source 3030 / 2835 having radiance angle 120 degrees having CCT 4000 –4500K with CRI > 75 & above 6000 lumens. Driver in dimmable AC 85V to 265V having PF & driver efficiency > 0.95 with surge factor +/-4 Kv. and external surge protection device of 10KVA. LED's of Bridgelux& driver to be of and including of 3000mm Milton Post top pole made of CI Base Casting of 835mm height and having base diaof 295mm. The base shall have 295mm diacircular plinth for 85mm with octagonal design. Then gradually tapering to AF 170mm with height 78mm then straightening to 170mm height with section of AF 142 and tapering out to AF 150mm. A Lotus design in inverted top and bottom section of height 60 and 55mm respectively followed by circular ring design 29,18 and 29 mm height with 120mm dia. Then a flower design starts above the circular ring with 102mm diaand then tapering out to 146mm diaand again tapering in to 93mm diaand 111m diaon top. The entire height of the flower design would be 285mm. The main shaft shall be of 60.3 mm diapipe with approx. 2600mm length and 3 mm thickness. The 60.3 mm diapipe shall insulated with Aluminium extruded fluted pipe of 80mm dia.A service door shall be provided on the bottom of the casting suitable for 6A MCB and 32A terminal connectors for loop-in / loop-out arrangement. The base casting shall have 3 holes of 18mm suitable for M16 x 450mm foundation bolts. All dimension and weight are within +/-10% tolerance. The foundation should be RCC with 4Nos 10mm dia reinforced upto depth of 800mm and dia 400mm including drilling of hole in hard surface. The pole shall be coated with Etch primer, Epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint (coating thickness 80 microns (+/-10microns), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16sq mm 4 core. laid in duct / along pole/wall tc including making connection complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in soft /loose soil for laying of cable/ GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling in trenches fine dry sand as sand cushioning to cable 8 cm before laying of cables and 15 cm after laying cable which shall be punned down to 10 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Only punned down thickness shall be measured and paid)

M & L Hard core, broken stone boulder to gauge n. exc. 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers , watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for chequered /Cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cmx25 cm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1 flat size 250 mm x150mm x 40 mm all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for HDPE pipe of size 50 mm PN 10 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication and installation of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type, made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP- 65 rating, suitable to accommodate MCCB of 63 Amps capacity, 16 KA-1No. Including Digital timer switch of 415 V 3-Phase of 32 Amp rating with Contactor fitted, VAF meter class 1 with CT's - 1 No and indication lamps (R,Y,B) LED type - 1 set inside steel enclosure complete all as Specified and directed by EIC
