Earthing with GI earth plate 600mmx600mmx3mm thick including accessorise and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supplying and fixing PVC batten / angle holder incl connection as reqd complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Exhaust Fan metal body 300mm sweep heavy duty 900RPM complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Exhaust fan of any sweep/type incuding making all electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4 + 12), double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required . Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.

S&F in replacement of MCB 'C' Curve type, 10 kA, 5 to 32 Amp, Single Pole with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing 63 Amps rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2x1.5 sq mm+1x1.5 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in casing caping as requed..

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in Open/, Wall/ ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench above 35 Sqmm upto 95Sqmm complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: As Per Site Condition laying of Cable Open/Wall/Trench

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Refrigeration system inside the PUF Room of size 10 ft x 10 ft x 8 ft for maintaining a stable temperature 2 degree centigrade to 8 degree centigrade including the outdoor condensing unit with indoor evaporator unit with minimum 6 mtr of copper pipe with each unit of capacity 4 KW control panel for operation with R407 Refrigerant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Servo Stablizer of capacity 6 KVA, 3 phase, Air Cooled of working range 300V-480V complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
