M&L for preparation of old surface of wall etc. brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down with steel scraper, smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, oil and greasy spots etc. and making proper surface by applying ready mix putty wherever required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel, surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls/ concrete/roof slab any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/ block masonary in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface or block masonary, 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 + 5 mm in CM 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thick mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces of wall over 3mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsion paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm etc on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel, surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of fire resistant paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface wall/ceiling etc. brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down with steel scraper smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc. and making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory wall care putty wherever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (advanced anti fungal paint) complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L for writing building No. or figure (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint height not exc. 15 cm over and including 30 cm dia black synthetic enamel paint base complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of rust from the reinforcing bars of any size and dia to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry and applying two coats of epoxy base zinc primer in a span of 4 hrs over the treated bar and allow to dry for 6 hours complete all as directed.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 35-45 mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging and disposal of debris outside MD land for all lead and lifts complete all as directed.

M&L for mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar (with Sika monotop-122F or equivalent of Fosroc/ Dr. fixit) over Sikadur-32LP or equivalent of Fosroc/ Dr. fixit as bonding agent or equivalent brand in Fosroc/Dr. Fixit for 25-35 mm average thickness in two or three layers complete as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed at site. NOTE:- (i) Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument. (ii) Work will be carried out by approved applicator of the firm.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars upto 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15 cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered into wall/ slab surfaces, making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions complete all as directed and as specified.
