To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turn over (in all cases of civil engineering construction works only) Rs.67.18 Lakhs and The Financial Turn Over Certificate Should bear the UDIN Number invariably & duly signed by registered chartered Accountant. The Certificate without UDIN number will not be considered

Assessed Tender capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount

Qualification and experience of the key technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if work is awarded

Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.20.15 Lakhs Credit Lines/Letter of Credit/Certificates from the Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Latest income tax clearance certificate along with last five years balance sheet and profit & loss statement duly certified by the CA

GST Registration

The EMD of Rs.1,34,400.00 shall be paid through e-payment or in two parts (1)Rs.50,000.00 through e-payment and (2)Balance of Rs.84,400.00 by Bank Guarantee issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank. The original Bank Guarantee should be handed over by the bidders at the time of opening of technical bid for verification.
