Taking down carefully SF6 breaker 66 KV capacity, incomer/outgoing feeder complete removing with connectiong material complete and diposited to MES store for keeping in safe custody all as directed and specified

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Circuit breaker SF-6 outdoor type 66 KV nominal voltage 3 phase, 50 Hz as per IEC-62271-100 complete with all accessories and of the following technical specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Highest system voltage between phase 72.5KV (b) Rated normal current : 1650 Amps (c) Rated power frequency withstand voltage :- 140 KV (d) Rated lightning impulse with stand voltage: 325KVP (e) Short Circuit breaking current : 31.5KA (f) Short Circuit making current : 80 KA (g) Rated duration of shrot circuit 3 seconds (h) Minimum creepage distance to ground : 1813mm (j) Type of mechanism enclosed in housing, motor operating spring-spring (k) Rated operating sequence : 0-0.3 Sec CO-3 Min CO (l) Rated closing / triping voltage : 220 VDC (m) Current of closing / triping coil : 6 A max at 220 VDC (n) Rated current for terminal connections : 630 Amps all other specifications as per stand IE rules and as directed Note :- (i) Testing and commissioning of SF-6 circuit breaker including checking of compatibilty with existing 5 MVA power transformer shall be done by the PSPCL department. The contractor will deposit the calibration/testing & commisioning charges whatsoever to PSPCL department and make necessary arrangements for the testing and commissioning of new SF-6 circuit breaker. The charges of PSPCL department transportation, checking charges, tools and plants etc as required are included in the quoted rate and nothing extra on this account shall be paid.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 3.35 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.75 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel strip of 32 x 6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and comman salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe,funnel,wire mesh.concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. PCC pit shall be provided 50 cm away from earth pit and not on the earth pit itself. The extra cost of the watering pipe,bends,elbows shall be included in the unit rate.

Supply and installation of 66 KV out door oil cooled Potential Transformer of following specification :- (a) Outdoor Type (b) Voltage between phase :- 72.5 KV (c) Short circuit breaking current : 31.5 KA (d) Hermatically sealed (e) PT Ratio : 66 KV/ /√3/110V/ /√3/110V/ /√3 (f) Core 1 : class - 0.2 Burden : 100 VA (g) Core 2 : Class -3P, Burden : 100 VA other specifications as per stand IE rules and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (i) The foundation for fixing of PT shall be provided by the contractor as per manufacturer instructions without any extra cost
