M&L for Steel work using square/rectangular/hollow section as in framed truss including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete as directed all as specicy & as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for MS work rusing square/rectangular/hollow section as in purlin crane gantries rafters, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats confirming Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge

S&F gusset plates, angle, cleats etc incl necessary welding drilling for fixing confirming to Gde E-250, Fe-410, Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or 'J' / 'L' hooks complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 (here-in-before) but plain sheet as in ridges, eves gutters, facia board inclusive of forming half round channel etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as spd and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B -0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and kerbs etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for fdn, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning/filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm stone graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering i.e. 10mm thick first coat in CM 1:6 & final coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 for other than fair faces of external wall surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

E/M Portion:- Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm, single core PVC insulated PVC in PVC casing and capping in walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeve/dash fastener with cadmium plated iron screws all as per ISIincluding sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting, fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thickplastic laminated sheet top covers oncealed in walls etc including 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continuousm earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly of following :- (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

All as per item no 20 (here in before) but with 2.5 sq mm copper wire for power point.

S & F switch socket combination 5/15 amps, 5 in 1, flush type.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type,5 Amps 240 volts single pole one way.

S&F ceiling rose surface backelite three terminals, PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body. all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete

Material & Labour for fixing LED street light luminaries of cap 60 watt, 240 volt, ,pressure dia cast aluminium housing with IP 65 protection, heat resistant toughtened clear glass with rame complete with accessories, pre wired up to a terminal block and mounting attachment complete all as specified.

PVC insulated multistranded cooper wire 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, fixed in replacement complete.

S & F GI bracket of 40mm dia bore medium grade 1.2 mtr longh bend to shape including MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 40 x 5 mm - 2Nos and necessary nuts , bolts washers as required for fixing of street light fitting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminum lugs including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Factory made, sheet steel distribution boards,TPN, 4 Ways, 415 Volts double door type, protection class ( IP-42) suitable for mounting MCB DBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of 63 Amp, 4 poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MCB single pole, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 6 - 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe of 40 mm bore and supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
