S&F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65x125 mm double rebate comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made Make : ECHON/Sintex/Rajshree/Navaratan Note : Rate of MS hold fast/Fasteners/SS Dash fastener deemed to be included in quoted rates .

S&F for 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both faces including teak wood beading 6mm thick all around complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 18mm thick plywood BWR type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work on wall all as specified and as directed

M & L for decorative laminate type-I, of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive as per makers instruction, 0.9mm thick laminate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 2nd class H.W. glazed & skeleton shutter 35mm thick factory made open rebated & prepared to receive glass gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass,gauge etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium sliding window, three track shutters with sash bars, locking rails, locking arrangements including necessay joinery cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium three track chowkhats, aluminium snap beading, screws, suitable handle etc with and including black tinted sheet glass of 4 mm thick and incl stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm, sliding window shutters aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m and size of three track chowkat, thickness of aluminium member shall not be less than 1.40 mm thick complete all as specified and directed and fixed .

S & F for powder coated aluminium ventilator shutters with frame not less than 0.55 Kg/RM, half bottom portion fixed with 4mm thick glass with fixed type shutter and top half portion lower type with 4mm thick frosted glass and outer side fixed with stainless steel wire mesh, shutters aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, necessary aluminium fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.
