Hacking out old broken glass panes (any thickness size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre each and not exceeding 2 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

30 mm thick, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tube for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rails and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, fixed in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section with 150 mm long bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminum handles cast type, anodised, 150 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel cold rolled butt hinges medium weight 75 mm long, including fixing to pressed steel door frame.cupboard & Almirah if required complete all as specified and directed.
