Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, electric poles etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in soft/loose soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing earthing with Copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3.15 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to copper strip 25x3mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. Cost of 7.5 mtr of copper strip 25x3mm from earth pit to till test point is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of HT 33KV, 3Phase 50Hz, having rupturing capacity minimum 1250 MVA totally metal clad withdraw INDOOR type Vacuum Circuit Breaker INCOMER panel with Copper bus bar of suitable rating, horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity 1250 Amps rated current, as per IEC 62271-100-200. The switchgear panel thickness shall be as per relevant IEC standards. The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of "31.5 KA/1 Sec with AFLR classification". Make : Schneider / ABB / Siemens/ MEI.

(iv) One no. minimum 1250Amps horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker in 36KV metal clad floor mounting panel complete with following:-

(a) Manually & Motor operated(230V, AC, 50Hz) spring charged type, manually and electrically open (electrical – 110 VDC) operation type, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication "OFF" push button, test/service (The VCB truck shall have integrated motorized operation for test and service position movement inside the panel.) position limit switches, with minimum 6NO+6NC breaker auxiliary contacts in service position. (b) Cast resin Current transformer 33KV, 300-150/1-1-1A, Core: class 0.5, 5VA for 3 phase , Core 2: 5P10, Class-l, Core (iii), 15VA for 3 Phase differential Protection. (c) Cast resin potential transformer 33KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 50VA, Cl 1.0, Cl 3P and HT Fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT (Confirming related IS specifications) and as per site requirement.

(A) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following: (i) E/F, O/C, S/C, TCS Transformer differential protection internal arc protection by light sensor for over voltage and under voltage with IEC 61850 protocol. The sensor to be placed at cable chamber circuit breaker chamber bus bar chamber. - Numerical Type system in built (ii) Relay should have Digital display as per manufaturer recommendations. (iii) Complete with Master Trip/ Anti pumping relay. All the Relays shall belong to a common platform and shall be of single make. (B) The following meters, indications and accessories are to be provided with the panel:-

Supply lay test and commissiong for XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 33000 volts grade, heavy duty, cross sectional area 185sq mm, 3 core, laid in trenches / ducts / through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay DWC (Double wall corruguated) pipe 200x175 mm conforming to IS: 14930/ IS 16205 for protection of HT/LT Cable including necessary snap-fit coupler required for fixing all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge .
