Material and labour for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 18mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, including provision of cement screed base 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Quoted unit rate shall be deemed included for removal & re-fixing of GI tubing, water tank & lightning arresters if any and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) The roof of the certain bldgs comprise of Solar panels. The work shall be carried out carefully without disturbing the Solar panels, if any damage done to the Solar panels, the same shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour to repairs to sunken floor stab with the following :- (a) Roughening surface of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 USING 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor with proper slope towards GI spout (c) Providing 15mm thick cement mortor 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surface finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal surfaces with scrapping and properly cleaning the surfaces to remove loose particles and applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 litre per 10 Sqm 'smart care Damp proof' of 'asian paint' or equivqlent for water proofing and Damp proof course on vertical surfaces scraping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles and applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and one coat of undiluted material @ 4.85 litre per 10 Sqm 'smart care Damp proof' mentioned here-in-before for water proofing. (e) Brick bats of suitable guage to be filled in sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone agregate 75mm thickshall be laid over brick filling as in subbase to receive tiles including fixing of 40mm medium grade GI spout pipe at the bottom of sunken floor copmple all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item (ii) Only floor area (Plan area) shall be measured for payment purpose. (iii) Contractor will submit 5 years guarantee for leakage/ seepage after completion of work.
