REPAIR/MAINT OF SPLIT/WINDOW AC, REFRIGERATORS, WATER COOLER, DEEP FREEZERS ALONGWITH ASSOCIATED ITEMS AT AF STN SINGARSI UNDER AGE (I) AF STN SINGARSI

M & L for dismantling of split type AC including indoor/outdoor unit of capacity 1.5 Ton/2 Ton at various location and cleaning of various components of indoor and outdoor unit viz. Air Filters, Evaporator, blower, Condensor, blinds, etc with AC coil Foam and Zet Pump/Vacuum Cleaner or any other suitable cleaning agents or methods, cleaning the protective grill by isopropyl alcohol based soft cleanser, repair/replacement of unserviceable spares, stickering “MES Number" and reassembling the same and checking and testing for leakage in regrigerant circuit using nitrogen gas and flushing with same & rectifying the same by brazing, etc, fixing the same on mounting plate and minor civil works viz. core-cutting, drilling, plastering, etc. complete, all as directed & specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE: The spare parts viz. capacitors, various motors, fan blade, PCB board, sensors, blower, compressor, evaporator, condensing coil, etc/ to be measured & paid separately under relevant serial, however consumables/accessories like teflon, refrigerant filter, tape & nitrogen flushing/pressure testing is deemed to be included in the quoted price.).

Taking down unserviceable inverter/non-inverter compressor and S & F Compressor sealed unit for Inverter/non-inverter Split type Air Conditioner/window AC of capacity 1.5 ton inverter compressor by removing of old burnt compressor and fixing as per manufacturer instruction including providing connections of gas line, fixing of copper tubes of suitable sizes, service valves, relays, starting and running/ combined capacitor, etc., checking and testing for leakage in regrigerant circuit using nitrogen gas and flushing with same & rectifying the same by brazing, etc, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note: Minor accessories/consumables viz. teflon tape, etc for connecting refrigerant tube to service valve is deemed to be included in coated price.

Note: Minor accessories/consumables viz. teflon tape, etc for connecting refrigerant tube to service valve is deemed to be included in coated price

Supply only for charging/complete refilling refrigerant gas R-22/R-134a/R-32/R-407/R-410/R-454 or as per exisitng for AC refrigerant circuit complete, all as specified and as directed. (Note: Price of cylinder of each type of refrigerant is deemed to be included in the quoted price)

M & L for Nitrogen Flushing/Nitrogen Pressure testing for leakage in AC refrigerant system and rectifying the same (if found) through brazing, etc and filling of refrigerant in aforementioned serial complete, all as specified and as directed . (Note: Refrigerant price will be measured under relevant serial, however, nitrogen pressure testing/flushing is deemed to be included in quoted price. This serial is applicable if technician makes special visit only for gas charging and leakage rectification.)

S & F in repair condensing coil unit, copper tube with aluminium fins for split type AC/window AC 1.5 ton capacity suitable for refrigerant gas R-22/R-134a/R-32/R-407 complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair condensing coil unit, copper tube with aluminium fins for split type AC/window AC 2.0 ton capacity refrigerant gas R-22/R-134a/R-32/R-407/R-410/R-454 or as per exisitng complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair cooling coil unit, copper tube with aluminium fins for split type AC/window AC 1.5-2.0 Ton capacity complete, all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair copper pipe with insulation OD-1", 1/4"/3/8"/ 5/8" / 1/2"/1-1/8" or as per existing for connecting indoor and outdoor unit or refrigerant circuit of window AC complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Foam Heat Insulated Tube of ID-1", 1/4"/3/8"/ 5/8" / 1/2"/1-1/8", approx. 1" mm or as per existing, minimum 09 mm thickness for enclosing copper tube for thermal insulation complete, all as specified and as directed.
