Manning and operation of water supply installations consisting of pump sets, all type of connected controlling valves located at Golf Pump house by employing one FGM (Fitter General Mechanic) (Skilled) and trouble free operations including carry out minor repairs such as valves leakage arresting, checking of water level in the UG Sumps located within 1.5 Km from the installation and day to day cleaning & maintenance of entire pump houses and surroundings including operating the Gensets with LT panel whenever power shielding / shut down by TNEB, round the clock complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 1 to 7: (i) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, LWC, GST etc. (ii) Necessary documentary proof shall be produced regarding the payment of employees through Bank accounts in every RAR and FB stage. (iii) The wages of staff employed shall be disbursed through Aadhaar linked Bank Accounts through NEFT/ RTGS only. (iv) The person employed should posses Aadhaar Card and Police Verification certificate duly verified the antecedents not less than 1 year. (v) The staff employed shall be in proper uniform indicating the name of individual as well as firm name & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (vi) The contractor shall produce EPF filing report of every month for the persons employed by him. The RAR's shall be processed only after production of EPF filing upto the previous month of paid/payable RAR. (vii) Submission of proof of crediting the wages in the bank account / payment made to the employees by the contractor shall be a pre-requisite to enable the contract executing authority to release subsequent payments to contractors. The registered contractors shall also provide the details of individual EPF and ESI account number to claim the payment and the contract executing authority will ensure verification of the same from time to time. (viii) Proper daily log sheet as per sample for the pumpsets and DG Set shall be maintained ( Stationary required for maintaining log sheets to be supplied by the contractor & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates). (ix) Installation shall always be kept neat and clean.

(x) Cost of rectification of any type of leakages within the installation premises such as leaking joints (from flanged or S/S pipes) & of C/F pump sets are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (xi) Water level in the UG Sumps to be regularly/periodically checked & maintained for use during required times. (xii) The contractor shall monitor the duties of all the operators and submit report to concerned JE E/M as & when asked to do so & immediately in th event of any issues/faults/breakdowns etc. (xiii) The contractor shall quote the rates for deputing Manpower (operator) and reliever arrangements as per existing labour laws. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (xiv) All the operators should be in possession of Mobile Phones for ease of communication & the mobile number to be permanently displayed at the Plant/Instln & same also to be conveyed to JE E/M. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (xv) Staff/operator engaged for operation/maintanance of the installation/plant will not leave the installation/Plant under any circumstances, if during surprise check by the representative of Dept. or during complaint from the Users the operation/maintanance staff found absent then a penalty/recovery of 03 times the rate quoted by the Contr per shift of 08 Hrs per operator will be charged for the absence of the operator employed on any working day from Contractors dues (RAR/Final Bill). (xvi) Cleaning, dusting, cutting of grass, bushes etc. of the surroundings of the installation & always keeping the same in hygienic condition inside & outside on a daily or as required basis is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (xvii) The lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/ bonafied bids only. (xviii) Contr/Firm is required to visit the site of work for any doubts/clarifications w.r.t. specifications/works involved etc. before quoting of the Tender. Any query/clarifications etc. after conclusion of the Contract shall NOT be entertained & decision of the AO shall be final & binding.
