Demolition of brick work or stone boulders masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches,pillers etc. excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

Demolition of cement conc.(unreinforced) as in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removal of demolished material to a distance exc. 50 mtr all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation filling and mass concrete(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specifide.

Walling of random rubble masonry (best quality stone), uncourses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including providing weep holes (PCC bond stone shall be deducted from the composite quantity)all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No. 5 here-in-before but except stone retrive from item No.1

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of beds & joints, as specifide, of rendom rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm on granite or trape stone complete all as specifide.

Material and labour Precast.C.C. 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in bond stone (for stone wallings), posts, columns, lintels, door cills and the similar work, set in cement mortar 1:4 etc

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone boulders at back of wall over arches etc and raising or lowering to the required level

Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specifide and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoused or brought up to courses in CM 1:4

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in benching, coping,cills, apex stone, etc. including necessary form work

M&L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains using type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

15mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specifide.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces otherthan fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coat of white wash as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base and surface finished even and fair with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles (Vibrator made) 25cmx25cmx25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors including laid over 20 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, laid in panels as in path, hard standing, incl finised even and smooth w/o using extra cement, 100mm thick, all as specified .

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, etc including necessary formwork. And setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

PVC pipes 75mm bore dia low density of pressure rating 10 kg/sqcm (in short length) fixed in walls as weep holes as in retaining wall complete all as specified & directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' thickness 100mm

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'
