Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on wall/ceiling surface including filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed.
