Supply of 5.5KW/7.5HP (Discharge capacity min 80 LPM at Head of 170 m) multistage, submersible pump set suitable for 200 mm diameter borewell with stainless steel casing, stainless steel shaft & Impeller and built in non return valve coupled with water filled submersible squirrel cage motors suitable for 415v +10% volts, 3phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, sand protection etc. complete as required. ( Make :- KSB/Kirloskar/Havells/Crompton or equivlent )

Supply of 50mm dia, medium class GI pipe of standard length with suitable flange having 2 Nos. open cut for accommodation of safety rope & submersible cable, nut, bolts, rubber gaskets etc. complete as required.

Installation and Lowering of 5.5KW/7.5HP submersible pump set along with 50 mm dia medium class GI pipe of standard length connected with motor & pump set in the borewell, each G.I. Pipe length should be coupled with threaded & welded flanges with 4 nos. suitable size nut bolts, rubber gasket including lowering & clamping submersible cables (clamping with nylon clamp near the flanges) bends, Socket and Testing & Commissioning etc complete as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin proof, dust proof, outdoor LT starter panel with canopy, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, powder coated paint, lockable arrangement etc. including necessary stand with four legs each of 01 mtr length made of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm MS angle, control wiring, with arrangement of DOL/SD starter suitable for operation of 3 phase 7.5 hp submersible pump set, fixing the panel in cement concrete upto depth of 0.5 mtr & CC up to depth of 100mm all around the panel in 01 mtr etc. and having following accessories. INCOMER 1 Nos. 63A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=30 KA) with thermal magnetic release having following items:- 01 set of Digital multifunction meter suitable to measure V, A, KWH, PF etc. with suitable range CT's. 01 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B and MCCB 'ON', lamps with protection MCBs. 01 Set terminal spreader. BUS BAR 01 Set of 100A TPN Busbars of aluminium alloy. AT OUTGOING 2 Nos. 32A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=30 KA) with thermal magnetic release.

Supply of 4C x 25 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, Armoured,XLPE insulated, PVC sheated, Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS: 7098 (Part -1) 1988 amended upto date.

Supply of 3C x 6 Sqmm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed flat submersible copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS : 694/1990 as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C X 25 sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 3C X 6 Sqmm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed flat submersible copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE/DWC pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Cutting/excavation of PCC surface/road with help of cutting/breaking machine depth up to 300 mm etc. complete as required.

Making/reparing the of PCC surface/road with Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) up to minimum depth of 300 mm, curing with water etc complete as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin proof, dust proof, front operated, cubicle type, outdoor LT feeder panel with canopy, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, powder coated paint, complete with double hinged front door with lockable arrangement etc. including necessary stand with four legs each of 01 mtr length made of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm MS angle,control wiring, fixing the panel in cement concrete upto depth of 0.5 mtr & CC up to depth of 100mm all around the panel in 01 mtr etc. and having following accessories. INCOMER 2 Nos. 125A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=30 KA) with thermal magnetic release. Each Incomer shall have one set of the following items: 01 set of Digital multifunction meter suitable to measure V, A, KWH, PF etc. with suitable range CT's. 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B and MCCB 'ON', lamps with protection MCB's and terminal spreader. BUS BAR 1 Set of 300A TPN Busbars of aluminium alloy. BUS COUPLER 1 Nos. 125A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=30 KA) with thermal magnetic release and mechanical interlocking. MCCB 'ON', lamps with protection MCB and 01 Set terminal spreader. OUTGOING 4 Nos. 63 A FP MCCB (Ics=Icu=30 KA) with thermal magnetic release. 4 Sets (1 Set for each outgoing) LED type 'ON' Indication Lamps with protection MCBs. 4 Sets of terminal spreader for 63A FP MCCB's.

INCOMER 2 Nos. 250A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=50 KA) with thermal magnetic release. Each Incomer shall have one set of the following items: 01 set of Digital multifunction meter suitable to measure V, A, KWH, PF etc. with suitable range CT's. 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B and MCCB 'ON', lamps with protection MCB's and terminal spreader. BUS BAR 1 Set of 600A TPN Busbars of aluminium alloy. BUS COUPLER 1 Nos. 250A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=50 KA) with thermal magnetic release and mechanical interlocking.
