Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brickwork manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead in cement mortar.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone -III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and access platform.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm).

Applying priming coats with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (volatile organic compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats of whereever required, to achieve even shade and colour Two Coats.

Taking out old torn APP/tarfelt/plastofelt, cleaning of the roof, cutting of small branches above the roof area, taking out plants from the roof, and all the uprooted/cutting materials need to be transported to the new colony stack yard as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. The payment will be made for the actual roof area cleaned.

Providing and fixing of 150mm diameter high-quality PVC rainwater pipes by replacing old and torn 110mm diameter rainwater pipes from roof and wall. The rate includes the rate of rainwater pipes, bends, rings @1.2m c/c, washers, short pieces, clamps, etc. The payment will be made as per the actual length of the pipe. The rate also included holding the pipe on the wall and roof, necessary concreting, and finishing the repaired surface all completed as per instruction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete outside the vertical wall of chajja at the 1st floor and second floor level. Cutting of reinforcement bars, cleaning and finishing of chajja ends. The rate will be given as per the actual volume of concrete dismantled. The dismantled material is to be disposed of at the MSW plant or New Colony as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of V groove at cracked roof/wall portion. Cleaning the surface by washing. Application of Acrylic Polymer chemical for crack sealing, epoxy materials for repair and filling of V grooves completely.

Urooting of plants from walls and injection of copper sulphate at root portions above the wall. Repair the same portion.
