Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Centralized Control and MonitoringSystem (CCMS) for Street Lighting on highways under PIU-Nagercoil in the State of Tamil Nadu on a five (05)year contract basis

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Centralized Control & Monitoring System (CCMS) conforming to the Technical Specifications of the RFP under Section-IV (Technical Bid), including but not limited to:

a) CCMS Feeder Panel (3-Phase) conforming to IS/IEC 61439-1 & 2, with IP 65 outdoor enclosure of Size 850*750*250, pole-mounted or ground/stand-mounted, complete with earthing, surge protection and accessories, as specified in the Technical Specifications

b) CCMS Controller / RTU / Gateway with GPRS/GSM or 4G/LTE (Cat-1 or Cat-M1/LTE-M) and/or NB-IoT communication, as specified in the Technical Specifications

c) 3-Phase DLMS/ Modbus compliant Energy Meter

d) Protection devices (MCCB/MCB/ELCB/SPD, relays, contactors, etc.)

e) Antenna, wiring, earthing, and all hardware accessories

f) Web-based Central Control & Monitoring Software

*Note: - 1. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of CCMS, including software support, server/cloud hosting, SIM/data connectivity, batteries, consumables, spares, preventive & breakdown maintenance, fault rectification, and reporting, complete in all respects, shall be payable at the rate of 12.5 % of the accepted CCMS supply and installation cost per feeder panel per year, applicable after completion of the first 12 months of the O&M Period (Defect Liability Period) reckoned from the date of the Commissioning Certificate, for the remaining 48 months of the 60-month O&M Period. O&M charges shall be paid monthly in arrears, at one-twelfth (1/12th) of the annual rate per CCMS unit in service during the relevant month, against invoices raised under Clause 14.
