Attending of day to day complaints of water supply of all nature i.e. leakage in water GI pipe lines, fittings/fixture, no water supply including all type of complaint noted in complaint register, all complaints slips received from the complaint cell and deposit the complaint slip after reactification and obtained signature of users with necessary T&P with experianced one pipe fitter and one helper and GI fittings i.e. elbow,tee,reducer,union,long screw socket ,nipple ,plug etc including necessary excavation, returning filling work complete all as directed. Note : The complaint shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 24 hrs commencing from the date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500 per complaint per day shall be recovered from Bill.

Re-fixing old 15 mm bore steel tubing obtained from above and connection in new or old position in trenches/wall/ ceiling/ floors etc with using all new fittings complete including making good the disturbed portion complete all as directed.
