Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera and other similar structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the line and dimensions shown in the drawings as per M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimeter) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying granular sub base/ surface course with local material by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub base by providing local material spreading in uniforms layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.4, as per MORD Technical specifications clause 408, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of concrete grade M-10 ( M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water / dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths and curing complete including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structures Grade M-20 (M-twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size in flooring on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including cost of form work as per Drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wire complete and as per directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, in beams joists channels angles, tee, flats with connected plates or angles cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP:PWD.
