Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable cooler stand of any size & any type fixed on external face of walls at cill level of windows at ground floor and first floor of building including cutting holes and making good the disturbed portion with cement mortar or PCC after refixing new cooler stand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down steel window / ventilator of any description and of any type with or without guard bars and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made window, made out of MS hollow section of size 79mm x 39mm x 1.6mm thick frame with double shutter (glazed and wire guage shutter) made out of Z section using flush butt welding and tenon riveting all as per IS 1038/83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutter, locking arrangement as per sample approved by GE, provided with knob 'Z' section handles 100mm size and 150 mm long hook and eye welded to frame and shutter,four number legs welded to frame including necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge etc including holes, cutting holes for hold fast and making good disturbed surfaces in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in beams , cantilever, bressummer, lintel over 1.5m span and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells, chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamferred, weatherings, throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block,roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood (Bonsum/Hollock), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood (Hollock or Bonsum) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08095 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid core PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails, mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, complete, all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08080 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, handle including one shop coat of Zinc Chromate primer and cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting lugs and making good dismantled portion in cement mortor (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel cupboard shutter with frame, Godrej Pattern, made out of 0.71mm thick (22 guage) mild steel sheet including chromium plated MS handle with proper locking arrangement (brass mortice lock, vertical type, size 65mm, 4 Levers with escutcheon plates & two keys) with & including two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer including fixing with 6 Nos 12mm dia bolt 150 mm long grouted in brick wall/concrete including making good the disturbed surfaces as original complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Measurment shall be made for flat area as per elevation.

S&F in repairs powder coated mild steel drapery rod of 20 mm inner dia (in lengths as directed) of approved colour with & including decorative finial at both ends and pair of powder coated mild steel brackets fixed at both ends with PVC rawl plug & steel screws on walls/beam, including PVC curtain rings of matching colour @ 10cm C/C all as specified & as directed.

S&F Mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs including roller & roller plate fixed to wooden frame or welded to steel frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 40 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binder etc.

M&L for steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 including painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS screw bolt 05 to 10mm dia, length of bolt not exceeding 50mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 350mm x 250mm x 7mm or 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory casted 80mm thick precast concrete interlocking paving blocks M-40 having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and with pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 25mm thick layer of local tibba sand cushining over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for srl Item No 153 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement for RCC cover shall be 1 KG.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing.
