Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil ( loam clay or sand) of apporach road mechnically compacted to 97% standared proctor density at omc including breaking of clods pulverising dressing the earth to required level and slopes and in layer not more than 20cm and compacted with power road roller in each layers.Earth shall be excavated from out side of apporoch slopes and pit not exceeding 50cm in depth including all leads and lifts of earth and charges of watering and hire and fule charges of road roller, all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work and also including one lift Carted upto 2km distance.

Excvation of fouandation in ordainary soil in making trenches to widening the existing road in 7.00 mtr width in proper alingments including lift up to 1.50 mtr and lead up to 30.00 mtr and including filling watering and ramming, excavated earth into trenches or in the side of embankment and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by incharge up to adistance of 30.00 mtr from the trenches in widening portion.

Providing & laying of Granular Sub-Base by providing welll graded material, from approved quarry spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepaired surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired complete as per T.S. specification clasuse 401 for grading1 material.(in widening portion)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC with 1% cement opc & 3.5% emulsion in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 0.30 kg per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with hand broom. including all type of labour, T&P etc complete for proper completion of the work. For B.C.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth work in cutting or filling in pattri in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) excavation to be in the form of pit not exceeding 50cm in depth and embankment to be 20cm layers including the spreading grading to required levels slopes and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 and also including 1.50 m lift and 30.0m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30.0 mtr distance as directed by the Engineer in charge and mechnicaly compaction.carted up to 2 km distance

05 Year Maintenance- 1st Year maintenance charge @ 0.00% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

2nd Year maintenance charge @ 0.25% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

3rd Year maintenance charge @ 0.50% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

4rth Year maintenance charge @ 0.75% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

5th Year maintenance charge @ 1.00% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).
