Clearing and Grubbing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 .Km 0/000-6/200.

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3Km 0/000-6/200.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site Km 0/000-1/000.

Applying TACK COAT over BT surface at 3 Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion/ 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.Km 0/000-1/000.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504(Bituminous Macadam 50 MM thick.) Km 0/000-6/200.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 KM 0/000-6/200.

Shoulder Filling Using Collection and supply of Gravel from approved quarry an average Mixed with existing earth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site all labour charges etc , complete shoulders Km 0/000-1/000.

Road Marking with Hot Applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising Glass beeds on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecctorising Glass beeds at 250gms per sqm area ,thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC 35 . The finished surface to level uniform and free from streeks and holes extra complete as per MORTH specification no 803.Km 0/000-6/200.

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m For the First Year from the date of completion of work
