Supply of C.I. collar of following heights suitable for mounting on the existing C.I. Box ( or installing in rigid / flexible pavement after excavation) made out of water tight round type, metal container ring of outside size 330mm dia., made of 10 mm thick all round except in the top surface which is 15 mm thick having a clear opening of 220 mm at top & bottom surface & having 6 Nos. M-10 tapped holes at hole center of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate on the top surface and base surface to be attached to existing transformer housing box complete as reqd.

Supply of C.I. plate ring moulded from cast iron with 15mm thickness, 330 mm outside dia and 220mm inside dia having 6 Nos. M-10 tapped holes at hole center of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate on the top surface to be attached to existing transformer housing box complete as reqd.

Supply of MS plate with 15mm thickness, 330 mm dia having 6 Nos. M-10 tapped holes at hole center of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate/fixing on the top surface of existing transformer housing box complete as reqd. The plate shall be painted with 2 coats of Aviation Yellow colour synthetic enamel paint after the chemical treatment and 1 coat of metal primer.

Supply of Neoprene gasket suitable for elevated Rwy/Taxiway Edge Light Fittings.

Dismantling of taxiway fitting i/c removing of the existing CI box embedded in the paved surface, excavation for fixing of CI Box to finish with existing ground level, finishing the surrounding of CI Box surface, Installation of fitting, its testing & commissioning complete as required.

Supply of following size machine threaded stainless steel nut bolt & washer set.

Spray painting of elevated RWY edge light fittings/taxiway light fittings, i/c scrubbing, removing old paint, cleaning, applying one coat of metal primer and after its drying spray painting with Aviation Yellow colour synthetic enamel paint etc.as required.

Numbering/nomenclature of the existing Rwy/Taxiway/Turning Pad/Isolation Bay/Apron Edge Light fittings after providing a round background of 4" dia with Aviation Yellow synthetic enamel paint and numbering with Black synthetic enamel paint on it complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of collars/plate on the existing CI Box and finishing the surrounding surface of CI Box/Collar/ Plate etc. as required.
