Dismantling & Taking down existing panel & Supply, installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning of new LT Panel board, (CPRI approved) Factory made cubical type, Outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made out of 50mm x 50mmx5mm angle iron frame and 3.15mm inner CRCA steel sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated including suitable rated aluminium bus bar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and wiring with suitable size of 800 amps (03 Nos 800 Amps for Phase and 01 No 400 Amps for neutral) rated aluminium bus bar complete powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the feeder pillar and provision for incoming and outgoing cable, cable gland, replacement of lugs for existing cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge comprising of following :-

M&L for in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core including rate of Lugs/Thimble as per cable size laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, cable protection work will be measure & paid separately)

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protect0ed by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS cover of thickness 5mm openable type and having suitable locking arrangement and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as specified. Note: (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. S & F in replacement of MCCB four pole 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16KA , 415 Volts, fixed thermal & magnetic release including making all incoming/ outgoing connections fixed & MCCB matching with the existing slots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with numeric, letters in \hindi ,English and including local language and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with MS Clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size for LT , 20x 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of installation/ substation including clearing of vegitation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc around the installation compound and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n .exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exec 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and cables and getting out as in looses/soft soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole/Lt Panel/stay assembly etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully manually by excavation / Pulling of cable with rope of existing LT cable of size 70 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm with loops and relaying with existing DWC pipe repair/ cutting the damages / burnt parts of cable and reconnecting into original positions complete with cable joints all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-(i) LT Cable Joint will be measured and paid sepearetly. (ii) Unit rate shall include for excavation and returning filling.

M&L for loose filling with aggregates of guage 40mm filling in panel sarrounding 1 to 3 mtr as per ground availability of area, cleaning the area, making level, and filling the aggregate complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for scraping old paint from LT panel/ feeder piller, cleaning the inner and outer surface of panel/ feeder piller box with the help of emery paper, preparing old surface for painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spraying by air compressor (smoke Grey) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including marking name of incomming and outging connection on LT panel complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate of synthetic enamel paint & Red oxide deemed to be included in teh item rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement of stay assembly comprising of 7/2.50mm galvanized MS stay wire (appx 9 metre), fixed to poles with and including of FI clamps made out of FI 40x6mm and nuts bolts washers of suitable size MS stay bow 14mm dia galvanized 40cm long MS galvanised stay rod threaded with nut 16mm dia 21 Cm long with washers, MS stay plate galvanized 230x230x6mm incl necessary Excavation and PCC all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

M & L in replacement Pre stressed concerete pole 9 mtr long of cross section of 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of IS-1678-1978 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic paint in black & white strip of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr high from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles as directed. Note:- Exavation and foundation will be paid and measure separetly.

M & L in replacement Steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9 mtr long complying with requirement of IS-1678-1978 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint and black & white strip of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr high from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles as directed. Note:-Exavation and foundation will be paid and measure separetly.

Pruning of tree branches of over head lines by taking proper shutdown & removing the same from site upto a distance of 50 mtr all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for restrainging LT OH ACSR conductor (4 to 5 conductors per span) providing suitable proper sag all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium standard conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC Sheathed in service connections , one twin core 16 Sqmm cable standard conductor cable flat or circular all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for in replacement of aluminium cable lugs/thimbles long barrel type of suitable for XLPE armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5/4 core bolt dia M14 including jointing/crimping and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
