Renovation of Metalled Road of Haidergarh Branch from Km 8.000 to Km 22.980 (Lot-01)

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.40-53 mm gauge Kabrai stone ballast (75mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 8-10 T in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per Technical Specification.

Proving and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg. per sqm. On the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet (PMC) of 20 mm. thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 5.6 aggregates 80/100 bitumen grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant (HMP), laying and roller with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical specification.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per Technical Specification.

Brick edging on both sides of roads of 1st class bricks 8cm (3") wide & 12cm (4.5") deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required complete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including all labour, T&P sundries required for completion of work with material

Earth work in strengthening and maintaining stability of side slope of left bank of Haidergarh branch manually where ever possible and applicable including hard clay charri. Bajari up to 5% lead upto 30mtr, lift upto 1.5 excluding mechanical compaction but including of manual compaction and dressing to profile
