Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crusher aggregate).

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Providing, laying watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200mm thick with 80-100 KN road roller, River Bed Material free of organic material mixed with coarse aggregate / Round nallah shingle maximum aggregate size 75mm including carriage from source of supply to site of work inclusive of all leads and lifts complete

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with (63mm – 45mm size) including screening 13.20mm size.

Providing and laying 0.45mtr dia hume pipes in proper position, grade alingment etc. incluing cost of pipes all complete as per directions of engineer in charge.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading/ unloading and stacking at site complete
