M&L for repairs to pot holes exc 30mm depth & not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to a regular shapes, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, using paving bitumen, putting in premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well ramed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) and compacted to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally faning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) over prepared surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration laid with mechenical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and spreading with mechanised paver, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) as level correction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bitminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 Cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100m x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction including taking down of existing one, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Model- DA 972 of DARK EYE or equivalent as approved by GE Make:- Dark Eye/Ginnebo/Yash
