Vertical Bucket Elevator – Feed to Fine Cleaner / Grader- - Capacity: Minimum 4 TPH. - Type: Vertical Bucket Elevator, centrifugal/self-cleaning type. - Suitable for handling seeds/grains with minimum breakage and damage. - Bucket Material: Food-grade PVC / Nylon / equivalent. - Bucket Size: Approximately 6" or suitable for 4 TPH capacity. - Belt: Food-grade synthetic/rubberized belt, suitable for seed handling. - Belt Speed: Not more than 1.0 m/sec. - Head Casing: Minimum 2.0 mm MS sheet. - Boot Casing: Minimum 2.0 mm MS sheet. - Leg Casing: Minimum 1.6 mm MS sheet. - Head and boot pulley shall be suitably crowned/finger type to prevent belt slippage and seed damage. - Boot section shall have belt tensioning arrangement and cleaning/access doors on both sides. - Suitable spacers shall be provided between buckets to prevent interference and seed damage. - Discharge spout shall be provided. - Drive: Suitable geared motor, approximately 1.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz or suitable as per manufacturer's design. - Bearings: NTN / SKF / FAG / FYH or equivalent. - All sheet metal components shall preferably be CNC fabricated/punched for dimensional accuracy. - Suitable inspection and maintenance arrangement shall be provided.

Fine Cleaner / Seed Grader- - Capacity: Minimum 4 TPH. - Type: Fine Cleaner / Air Screen Grader suitable for seed cleaning and size grading. - Suitable for removal of dust, light impurities, broken seeds, oversize/undersize material and other foreign matter. - Screening system shall consist of multiple interchangeable screens/sieves suitable for different crops. - Minimum 3 screening decks / suitable multi-screen arrangement. - Screens shall be easily removable and replaceable. - Screen cleaning system: Rubber ball / suitable automatic screen-cleaning arrangement. - Suitable aspiration/blower system shall be provided for removal of light impurities. - Air volume: Approximately 4500 CFM or suitable for 4 TPH operation. - Blower Motor: Approximately 7.5 HP. - Grader/Deck Motor: Approximately 2 HP. - Total connected power: approximately 9.5 HP or as per manufacturer's proven design. - Feed hopper with regulated feeding arrangement shall be provided. - Separate outlets/chutes shall be provided for good seed, oversize, undersize and waste/light impurities. - Dust outlet/dust collection arrangement shall be provided. - Suitable inspection windows shall be provided. - Minimum one complete set of suitable screens for the intended crop shall be supplied along with the machine. - Foundation/supporting frame shall be included. - Bearings: NTN / SKF / FAG / FYH or equivalent. - Construction: Heavy-duty MS structure with suitable sheet-metal body. - The machine shall be suitable for continuous operation at 4 TPH.

Gravity Separator- - Capacity: Minimum 4 TPH. - Type: Gravity Separator for separation based on specific gravity. - Suitable for separation of stones, immature seeds, light seeds, foreign matter and other impurities. - Deck: Heavy-duty rectangular type, suitable for continuous seed processing. - Approximate Deck Size: 3000–3050 mm × 1200–1220 mm or suitable for 4 TPH capacity. - Number of Fans: Minimum 7 Nos. or equivalent air distribution system. - Individual air-flow adjustment shall be provided. - Deck inclination shall be adjustable in longitudinal and transverse directions. - Feed rate shall be adjustable. - Suitable adjustment arrangement shall be provided for good seed, middling and rejection outlets. - Blower/Fan Motor: Approximately 10 HP. - Deck Drive Motor: Approximately 1.5 HP. - Suitable VFD/control arrangement shall be provided for blower/air-flow control. - Dynamically balanced fan assembly shall be provided. - Deck shall be made of suitable heavy-duty material with adequate wear resistance. - Suitable outlet chutes for good seed, middling and rejected material. - MS heavy-duty structural frame. - Bearings: NTN / SKF / FAG / equivalent. - Suitable protective guards for moving parts shall be provided.

Magnetic Destoner- - Capacity: Minimum 4 TPH. - Type: Magnetic Destoner / Magnetic Roller type suitable for removal of magnetic/soil-related impurities and ferrous contaminants from seeds. - Heavy-duty MS body and supporting frame. - Suitable magnetic roller arrangement shall be provided. - Permanent magnetic system of suitable high-intensity grade. - Magnetic intensity shall be suitable for effective removal of ferrous/magnetic impurities from the seed stream. - Approximate magnetic roller surface intensity: 1300–1400 Gauss or higher, as applicable to the proposed design. - SS shaft / suitable corrosion-resistant shaft for magnetic roller. - Non-magnetic roller shall be provided wherever applicable. - Suitable feeding hopper and controlled feeding arrangement. - Vibrating feeder, where applicable, with approximately 0.5 HP motor. - Geared drive: Approximately 1 HP or as required by manufacturer's design. - Belt: Food-grade/rubberized belt suitable for seed handling. - Suitable dust cover and outlet chutes. - Bearings: SKF / NTN / FAG / equivalent. - All exposed moving parts shall be guarded.

Seed Storage Bin- - Type: Seed storage/holding bin suitable for receiving cleaned and graded seed from the processing line. - Effective Capacity: Minimum 4 MT or suitable for continuous operation of the 4 TPH plant. - Material: MS/GI sheet of suitable thickness. - Construction shall be robust and suitable for seed/grain storage. - Internal surfaces shall be smooth to facilitate free flow of seeds. - Suitable inlet, outlet and inspection arrangement shall be provided. - Outlet shall be provided with suitable slide gate / flow control valve. - Suitable support structure shall be provided. - The bin shall be designed to avoid bridging and uncontrolled discharge. - Suitable access/inspection arrangement shall be provided. - All product-contact surfaces shall be clean, smooth and free from contamination.

Electrical Control Panel- - Suitable centralized electrical control panel for complete automatic operation of the seed processing line. - Panel shall control all major motors, elevators, cleaners, blowers, gravity separator and magnetic destoner. - Suitable MCCB/MCB, contactors, overload relays, control fuses and protection devices shall be provided. - Individual Start/Stop control shall be provided for each major machine. - Emergency Stop arrangement shall be provided at suitable locations. - Suitable VFD shall be provided wherever required for variable-speed/air-flow control. - Motor protection against overload, short circuit and phase failure shall be provided. - Suitable interlocking arrangement shall be provided to prevent improper sequence of operation. - Control panel shall be housed in a suitable MS powder-coated enclosure. - Panel shall be suitably labelled and all cables/wires shall be ferruled. - Suitable earthing arrangement shall be provided. - Incoming power supply: 415 V ±10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC. - All electrical wiring, interconnection cables from panel to machinery and necessary cable trays/conduits shall be included. - Electrical components shall be of reputed make or equivalent.

Electrical Motor- • All motors shall be reputed make or equivalent, IE2/IE3 efficiency where available, suitable for continuous duty and 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. • No arbitrary over sizing shall be accepted.
