SECTION-I

Operation and Maintenance of E&M installations at Meteorology Centre and PSD Building Chandipur Comprising of the following as per Scope of work shown in Part II of Tender Enquiry . Scope of Work as per Part-III, Para 4. Manpower will be provided as per staffing defined in Para 4.9.3 of the contract. Payment terms as per clause 5.18.1. (Vendors are required to enter amount which is more than the minimum wages + GST for the bid to be classified as responsive. Amount should be greater than Rs 2,98,150.00 refer Para 4.9.3). Payment will be made on prorate basis for the manpower deployed at Site as per quoted.

SECTION-II

B' Check of 320 KVA DG Set Make : Cummins including 'B' Check Spares and Engine oil by OEM/authorised dealer once in a year at Chandipur. Payment will be made on proratabasis for 'B' check as per schedule.

B' Check of 100 KVA DG Set Make : Cummins including 'B' Check Spares and Engine oil by OEM/authorised dealer once in a year at Chandipur.Payment will be made on prorata basis for 'B' check as per schedule.
