(e) Applying three coat of Hydroshield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68%)/Damp proof ultra UV stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers(solid content 55%)/smartcare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85% ) /single component elastomeric liquid membrane Shaliurethane BTD white/oloured (Elongation 400%+-50, solid content >80% & specific gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 +- 0.03) @ TOTAL 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5 mm, with paint brush/roller up to 300 mm on walls.(f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer . Supply & Laying LT under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 3.5 core 50Sqmm cross sectional area heavy duty electric with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade in trenches / passing through pipes including including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing fixing materials after taking out exisisting unserviceable cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense soil) for foundation and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soils in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing the excavated meterials not exeeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exeeding 1.5 m above the starting level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and laying well burnt clay bricks old size class 'B' laid dry and flat for protection over the cable with equal to the length of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection or fixed to the pole/ wall etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles upto equipment and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 20mm dia upto earthing test point / equipment fixed with 2 Nos. of mold steel clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and preforated water pipe 20mm dia galvanized iron pipe heavy grade 2.25 Mtr long and top with socket and plug and bottom connected to earth plate by silt and two bolts / nuts / washers complete with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and cast iron cover with frame all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part - I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 Mtr away from the outer edge of PCC Chamber. (ii) Galvanized iron earth wire 4mm dia upto earthing test point / equipment is encluded in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slainting position. (iv) 20mm dia galvanized iron pipe for watering shall be provided with a socket and plug and shall be 10cm above the ground level.

Supply, fixing and testing LED street/Security light fitting of 25 watt including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy including fixing on wall with 1.2 mtr long GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade bracket at 120 degree angle with help of suitable GI clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP 65 protection as per IS - 10322-1982 with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 300 V, AC, frequency 50-60Hz,PF should be more than 0.9 with Total Harmonic Distoration THD(I) less than 15%,cool white colour and lamp statring time should not be more than 10 second. Fitting should be provided with 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage with standing capacity upto 300 V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection. LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from (-) 10 degree centrigrade 50 degree centrigrade and humidity level 10 % to 90 % RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure IP 65 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing.
