Retro- reflectorised Traffic signs Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC 67-2012 made of high intensity Micro-Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type XI) vide IRC: 67:2012 clause 6.7.3.2 and clause 801.3.3 of MoRT&H fixed over Aluminum composite material sheet with thermoplastic core of Low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick skins/sheets of aluminum with overall thickness of 4mm and aluminum skin of thickness 0.3 on both side, the ACM shall conform to Table 6.1 of IRC:67:2012 and Table 800-1 of MoRT&H specification and High Intensity Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting shall conform to Table 6.6 of IRC:67:2012 and Table 800-3 of MoRT&H specification of in the clause IRC 6.8 of the IRC 67-2012 and clause 801.3.7 of MoRT&H message legend numerical letter etc. and borders shall be screen printed on high intensity micro prismatic sheeting shall conform to clause 801.3.7 with digital printing ink or of cutout from transparent durable overlay or cutout from the same type of reflecting sheeting for cautionary/ mandatory/ signs, supported on MS sign post of size 80 x80 x 3mm Square pipe of 3 meter over all length and fix to ground by means of properly designed foundation of dimension 450x450x600mm with M20 grade concrete. The ACM sheet shall be fixed to the post with four minimum four number breakaway bolts. & supported with a back support frame of 25x50x1.25mm tubular frame with the help of suitable sizes pop rivettes of 6mm or by the help of G I / Nickle Chome plated nut & bolts to be hammered after tightening. 10 years warranty for Retro Reflection Sheeting to be provided from the original sheeting manufacture brand like 3M/Avery Dennison/ Orafol make as per clause 6.9 of IRC: 67:2012 & a certified copy for three years for outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab as per clause 6.7 of IRC: 67:2012 for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beeds on Bituminous surface. Providing and applying (Cleaning of Bituminous surface) thermoplastic compound having composition of binder (Resin) minimum 18 %, titanium dioxide minimum 10 % and intermixed glass beed, minimum 30% of brand like Asian, Burger or equivalent make of 2.5 mm thick including drop down reflectorizing, glass beeds @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, all complete as per clause 803 of specifications. Note: - The guarantee of Thermoplastic should be minimum 3 Years.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in super- structure complete as per confirming to IS 1786:2000 drawing and technical specifications as per relevant clauses of section 1600 (i) FE 500

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat 75 mm thick with M-30 grade concrete with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 19 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with static paver, spread, compacted and finished with power trowel in a continuous operation including provision of admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing but including cost of steel etc. including reinforcement, texuring with texuring brush complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 and Clause 2702 of specifications.

Drainage Spouts complete as per MoRT&H standard drawing and Technical specificationand as per clause 2705 of specifications.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 80 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation. 1. The extrusion section shall be truly monolithic, and no welding shall be allowed in the section. 2. The minimum height of the extrusion shall be 80 mm, and the total cross-sectional area of the extrusions, including the seal- holding lip, shall be at least 1500 mm². 3. The minimum thickness of the seal-holding lip shall be 6 mm. However, the thickness of the extrusion throughout the section shall not be less than 10 mm. 4. The total cross-sectional area of the anchor loop or headed shear studs on each side of the joint shall not be less than 1600 mm² per meter length of the joint. The center-to-center spacing shall not exceed 250 mm for loop anchors and 150 mm for headed shear studs. The thickness of the anchor plate shall be at least 0.7 times the diameter of the anchor loop or 12 mm, whichever is greater. 5. The steel for edge beams shall conform to any of the following

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided behind entire surface after abutment, return wall and wing wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRT&H specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications. 1)All bearings must fulfill the latest requirement of IRC-83-II- 2018. 2) Each bearing must of its permanent Unique Identification number & manufacture logo for future traceability. 3) Each batch used in manufacturing of bearings must have minimum 60% polymer & maximum 5% of Ash content. 4) All bearings are having under the tolerance limit of IRC-83-11- 2018. 5) No reclaimed or vulcanized wastes shall be used for the manufacturing of bearing. 6) EPDM or Similar candidate elastomer use shall not be permitted. 7) In case of any issue or special railway requirement, a sample made from same batch of minimum size (200 x 200 x 20) mm shall be tested for 2 million fatigue cycle with frequency of 2hz to 3hz.

Providing and laying 1.5 m deep in rock and 1.5 m above rock 25mm dia Tor steel dowel bar in foundation including drilling 65mm dia bore hole in rock necessary bending, hooking tying reinforcement in position and grouting etc. complete as per drawing and specifications.
