Material and labour repair to pot holes any depth n.exc.1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm, (depth exc 50mm but n.exc. 100mm deep) including stacking usable materials for re-use and removing rubbish to a distance n.exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size) of Granite, Basalt or Trap spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to gradient and required camber with 8 to 12 tonne power complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm and provn of bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note : Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content as 5.50% of the total mix by weight. In case of any variation on minus side in the weight of binder as per actual mix design, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs 40 per Kg. and recovery for the same shall be effected from the contractor. However the variation in the weight of bitumen is on plus side, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour Premix bituminous macadam (design mix) with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller incl preparation of existing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm and provn of bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. M&L Preparing of new/ old black top road surfaces and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2mm thick for longer durablity with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160°C. Paint material shall be conforming to Ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol III as laid down in specification of road /bridge work "third revision" complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concreting all as specified directed.

M & L reinforced concrete pipes 600mm dia, class NP3, with collars laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified

Material and labour 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) of Granite, Basalt or Trap spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and required camber with 8 to 12 tonne power complete all as specified and directed.
