Clearing & Grubbing : Clearing and Grubbing Road Land. (Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.) - By Mechanical Means In area of light jungle.

Excavation for Retaining wall Work : Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead.(B) Dense or Hard soil

Soling for Retaining Wall Work : Supplying and stacking of hard rubble stone for soling including conveyance etc.

Construction of Embankment : Construction of Subgrade/Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of Subgrade : Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. (As per Code No. 3.18 NH SOR-2022-23)

Cement Treated Granular Sub-Base : Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared subgrade, adding the designed quantity of spreaded Material, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base as per clause 403.2 and table 400.4.

Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including remixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 50-75 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP 60 to 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.) - For Grading II (50-75 mm thickness using 4.50% bitumen) (As per Code No. 5.4B NH SOR-2022-23)

Bituminous Concrete : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40mm with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP 60 to 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (30-40 mm thickness using 5.4% bitumen)

Supplying and fixing cat eye (Stimsonite) made out from Acrilo beautile sterine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC (prismatic type of size 12cm x 6cm x 2.5cm) provided with bituminous adhesive 100g. with each unit for fixing. (High Intensity grade)

Providing and fixing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with reflectorizing glass beads on bitumen surface providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is excluding of surface applied glass beds as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. zebra patta /bump patta lane/center line/ edge line/cut patta. The white color marking should provide liminance coefficinet on cemend road shalll be min 130 mcd/m2/lux and Asphalt road shall be min 100 mcd/m2/lux during the service life during the day time. The marking should meet the performance criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance as mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35-2015. Warranty for the Retro reflectivity should be two years.

Retaining Wall : Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (B) Walls, from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Formwork : Providing formwork sheeting of steel sheets so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (C) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached buttresses & string course & the like.

TMT Steel : Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

PCC : Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1- Cement : 4- coarse sand : 8- hand broken stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

Cement Concrete Kerb at Edge : Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408 - Using Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant.

Demolition : Demolition including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) R.C.C. work

Water Drain : Supplying & fixing precast U shape surface storm drain of FUJI Silvertech or equivalent brand, T-25 load carrying capacity - 10 T Axle Load - 5 T Wheel Load, confirming to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) & meeting IS requirements, having High Performance Self Compacting Concrete of M-40 grade strength & Fe 500 shall be used for reinforcement. The product shall have tie shape groove 10-20 mm width, 25 mm depth as per JIS on both sides for jointing two precast units using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The precast U shape surface drain unit should consist of special in built insert of suitable load carrying capacity at appropriate location for fixing De-shackle for safe & fast mechanical installation - U shape Drain T-25 6000 x 6000 mm.
