SITC of Wind operated Turbo Air Ventilator with base for prefabricated BTS cabin consisting of following including making necessary opening in roof with cutting, drilling etc. complete as required. a) Air turboventilator having following specifications: Throttle Dia: 24 inch (600 mm). No. of Blades: 42. Material: Aluminium. Connecting assembly: GI rod with high quality ZZ- Bearing.

Providing and fixing of 2 Nos. fresh air inlet arrangement of size 400 mm x 400 mm made out of M.S. angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm with 4 Nos. 10 mm iron rod and 1/2 Sq. inch 14 SWG G.I.wiremesh at bottom of cabin etc.complete as required.

Providing and making water proofing of roof of prefabricated cabin with Asphalt sheet, blackjapan, sealing with silicone and finishing of opening of turboventilator with carpage and plaster of paris etc.complete as required.

roviding of MS structure for GI duct supports, frames of required size MS flat/Angle/ROD etc i/c cutting, welding, fabrication etc, and painting and minor civil works etc as required

Providing of suitale ducting for installation of air ventilator ( In case from side wall/window) made out from 18 SWG GI sheet, alongwith suitable supports, fastners, etc. as reqd.
