Covers Supply and Installation of CCTV Cameras and its equipments at BTPS which shall be on the basis of single point responsibility. completely covering the activities and services in respect of all the equipments and works specified and covered under the specifications. All required Software, hardware, accessories and any other equipments which are not included in the scope and required for successful installation are in bidder scope. Five nos of 8TB hardisks mentioned in the price schedule need to be install in to the existing 64 channel NVR for ensuring the 90 days of camera backup storage. Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of CCTV Cameras and its Equipments as per the specifications mentioned in bid document

The Bidder should have executed the work of Supply and Installation of CCTV cameras and its equipments in any reputed organization as a prime contractor for an amount of not less than Rs.21.18 lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in any one of the preceding FIVE years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Work done value of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year, in which tenders are invited. The intending Bidder shall upload the work order and relevant work done/work completion certificates as a documentary proof issued by the Competent Authority. On demand original shall be produced for verification

AUTHORIZATION LETTER
The Bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 42.35 lakhs in any two years of the preceding FIVE financial years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The intending Bidder shall upload the Profit and Loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant as a documentary proof. On demand original shall be produced for verification. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited
