CIVIL WORK

Dismantling A.C. Sheet roofing without roof timbers and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar walls and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of wall as directed by departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and laying of profiled colour Galvalume sheet with combination 55AI:43, 4Zn:16SI TCT bend type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550MPA made from high tensile / CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65mm and long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., Sky light =6% of the roof area with embossed clear poly carbonite sheets with U.E protection and providing Turbo Ventilator for 75sq.m/1 number each roof area etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of works. The rate is inclusive of scrab value of removed existing old A.C.Sheet of size 3.00M/1.75M, 1.50M/2.20M of 1M width For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting with two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
