M&L for calibration and testing of protection relays of any make or type fitted on 11 KV VCB`s at Power house -1, (detail given below) as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for earth fault over current, phase over current with trip time delay in accrodance to feeder load and other parameters of site including synchronizing of the same with MRS outdoor VCBs settings to ensure that fault shall not be travel to nearst source feeder including minor repair, replacement of wiring etc. if required and complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs- in Charge. (a)Existing VCB ( Make- Seimens) 11 KV - 04 Nos (b)Existing VCB ( Make- ABB) 11 KV - 03 Nos NOTE :- (i) The setting shall be carried out by only qualified and prior approval shall be obtained from GE (ii) The calibration shall be carried out each job in a 06 months and relay setting shall be carried out once in a six month as per load and site conditions to avoid any fault travel to next adjacent source breaker and shall be monitored regularly. The calibration and setting must be completed and record shall be maintained by the contractor and submitted to Eng-in charge.

M&L for loading/unloading /shifting of transfrmer from one site to another site & operation of transformer cover, draining oil if any, detanking core and coil assemble, assessment and estimation for repair and replacement of parts, cleaing and washing of dust/rust and dirt from all other parts including core tanks and cooling tubes, retanking after replacement of parts/repair as required filling fresh/new filtered transformer oil taking of transformer for test and testing for all the rutine test as in case of new transformer as per relvant ISS & after satisfactory repairs & testing, marking & providing blue paint etc. loading of transformer at the contractor's works. for different size of transformer 63 KVA to 630KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs- in Charge. Supply and fix in repair's switch air break gang operated out door and vertical type and use in porcelain pattern.( conforming to IS specifications) 11 KV, 400 Amps capacity triple pole mechanically operated suitable for operation from ground level complete with HT insulator 12 Nos channel, GI pipe light grade/ operating rod with pad lock arrangement and out door drop-out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier fitting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs- in Charge.

Opening and taking out the vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV 400 Amp, type VMX from panel and carry out the general maintenance such as oiling greasing the mechanical parts, motor, gear, lever spring operating rod, cleaning the female contacts, tightening of nuts and bolts, cleaning the male and female contact of panel, oiling the bus bar shutter, checking the AC/DC wiring, circuit including control fuses and circuit jack, on/off push button indicating lamp, voltmeter, ammeter, PF meter, any minor parts needs replacement should be replaced and testing after inserting the VCB in panel , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs- in Charge. M&L for graded stone coarse aggaregate size of 40mm on laying in 11 KV yard for insulation and 11/433 volt and existing sub station. The contractor shall be befor laying clean existhing aggregate i.e grass, sand etc. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/ maintance of unserviceable tap change for 100-630 KVA transformer 11000/433 volts,50HZ ,the auto tap changer capacity of 7 step for +7.5% to -7.5% and repair as recommended unserviceable parts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall be visit of before quoting rate and all repair rate included in this item.

Supply & Fixing in repair's Glowsign Board in Blue base with white letters including frame work long 6 feet width and height 2.5 feet, 40 mm dia of GI pipe including accessories with nuts, bolts and washer complete fitting etc, including frame work complete with 0.7 mm thick GI plain sheet including errection at site at any position & testing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Necessary nut, bolt,washers, fasner, welding etc & internal lighting and electrical wiring etc required deemed to be included into the item rate.

Supply & fixing Anti climbing device spike type fabricated out of MS flat 50mm x 6 mm in two parts with 14 Nos 230 mm long and 12mm dia spikes, sharpened ends with and including nuts, bolts & washers and welding made to shape to suit the cross section of poles including painting with two coats of aluminium point over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stay assembly complete comprising thick,ms galvanised stay bow 40 cm long with two nos galvanised thimbles 20mm dia of MS galvanised stay rod 180 cm long complete with & including accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured separately.

Re-Stretching of loosened ACSR over head conductor,GI wire(Per span consisting of any number of wire) of any size by opening the binding from insulators and re-fixing after stretching with proper sag including strengthening of ACSR conductor and re-binding the same on insulators with new binding wire of 14 gauge etc and trimming of tree branches of any size or dia for making 2.5 metre minimum clearance from over head conductor where required , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of steel tubular poles of 9m to 12m long of HT, one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete silver colour with alternative Red and Black strip up to 1.5 mtr height from top edge of coping complete including numbering of poles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Black and Red Strip for tubelar Poles and PCC poles for 1.5 mtr height from the top edge of coping complete with coping is white wash for cement base paint.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of height 150 mm x 150 mm dia of 11000 Volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle & nut & two washers , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green of size 90mm x140mm and clearance of hole 25.5 mm for stay assembly , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new copper wire wound coils for LT winding of transformers with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge so as to match with the working capacity of transformer and all as per manufacture’s design and specification including providing Class-E insulation and fixing. HT coils in position and connecting electrically in core assembly of 63 KVA to 630 KVA , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new copper wire wound coils for HT winding of transformers with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge so as to match with the working capacity of transformer and all as per manufacture’s design and specification including providing Class-E insulation and fixing. HT coils in position and connecting electrically in core assembly of 63 KVA to 630 KVA , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate as in coping of pole etc including necessary from work as required , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregrate as in foundation for stay set/pole etc including fair finish even and to exposed surface without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PCC route indicator of size 600mm x 240mm x 60mm duly written in block letters"CAUTION HV MES" barricating/reflex tape of 240mm length at top of the route indicator to be fixed 300mm below GL at every 30 m during returning filling and cost for the same , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plinth plateform for 200 KVA Transformer of size 1.8m x 1.6m x1.6m with brick walls in cm (1:4) platered in CM (1:4) externally with two coats of cement based paint,brick walls shall be minimum 60cm depth below GL of suitable thickness,including necessary earth work,floor 75 mm thick,over 75 mm thick (1:4:8),over 100mm thick brick hard core 63 nominal mm size,including necessary earth filling below , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
